Biography

Arun Prasad Pandurangan is currently a Senior Research Associate at the Department of Biochemistry, University of Cambridge. He worked at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge as an Investigator Scientist (2017-2021). He has been a Research Associate and an Honorary Teaching Associate at the department of Biochemistry, University of Cambridge (2015-2016). Previously, he has been a Research Associate at Birkbeck College, University of London (2009-2015).

Research interests

Arun Prasad Pandurangan research interest focuses on the development of computational tools to predict protein structures and ligand-receptor complexes; elucidate biological function by fitting, refining and validating atomic models into cryo-EM density maps; predict the effects of mutations on protein stability and interaction; analysis of infectious and drug resistant mutations and genome annotation.
