Research interests

My research aims to harness the signals of genomic regions associated with risk for common diseases to understand disease etiology. Specifically, I am developing methods to integrate genetic information and data from high throughput molecular profiling technologies (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, etc.) to identify genes and molecular pathways that influence disease progression, as such knowledge will ultimately facilitate the development of targeted therapies.
