Biography

Stefan is a PhD student in Dr. Alexandra Brintrup’s Supply Chain AI Lab. Prior to his PhD studies, Stefan worked in strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Zürich and co-founded a deep tech startup funded by the European Space Agency Business Incubator (ESA BIC).

Research interests

Stefan's research, funded by UKRI EPSRC DTP and supported by the Alan Turing Institute & Accenture, focuses on cooperative AI and machine unlearning.

His research investigates how multiple autonomous agents representing individual companies in a supply chain can achieve better outcomes by collaborating. To achieve this we research three topics. First, how can we find relevant information in multi-agent systems with data privacy. Second, how can we remove outdated information in multi-agent systems (e.g., supplier leaves system, data drift). Third, how can we incentivise other agents to reach a better outcome together.
