Aviva is the largest insurance company in the UK, with over 15 million registered customers. The company is constantly looking for ways to increase the relevance of its marketing communications. As part of this work, the Aviva UK Customer Science team has built ADA (Algorithmic Decision Agent), an Machine Learning-based system that predicts the most relevant product to talk to each individual customer about at a given time. In his presentation, Sergey will give an overview of the technical details around this system, challenges the team faced while building and embedding it, and the value it added to the business.
