C2D3 supports industry and external organisation engagement with the University of Cambridge, by acting as a gateway for external organisations to start conversations. We can help external organisations navigate towards opportunities at the University, and support the setup of activities. There are many avenues to explore, for example:

Aviva
Aviva are a multinational organisation, specialists in general insurance, life insurance and pensions.
Aviva are the founding industry partner of C2D3. Cambridge and Aviva have partnered on several activities including PhD studentships, training courses, executive education, and research projects. More details and annual reports can be found here.

Celonis
Celonis are experts in process mining who’s customers are major global organisations. For several years C2D3 have worked with Celonis' Academic Alliance team to deliver seminars and masterclasses (to students and industry). Student internships/summer placements are next on the agenda with Cambridge.

Eagle Genomics
Eagle Genomics are experts in microbiome science and based at the Wellcome Genome Campus, in Hinxton, Cambridgeshire. The engagement started with an Industry-Academic Roundtable event, with discussions around gaps in research, identifying available data sets, and potential future funding calls. One of the main aims for the engagement is joint research.

WSP
WSP are a globally leading engineering professional services consultancy company. WSP UK is working with C2D3 to support their data science and AI journey, including accessing University of Cambridge research expertise.
