This month’s theme is…  AI in Immunology

Cambridge AI Club For Biomedicine are excited to welcome you to their next AI Club event

The upcoming event will explore how AI and computational approaches are advancing immunology — from using spatial transcriptomics and network-based modelling to uncover interactions between maternal immune and placental cells in ectopic pregnancy, to combining single-cell multiomics, spatial data and AI/ML to decode the gene regulatory programmes that shape T cell development in the human thymus. We welcome scientists from across Cambridge to join us for these two talks, followed by discussion and networking over beer and pizza.

Please note that AI Club is returning to its original schedule.
Moving forward, sessions will run from 17:30 to 18:30.

Speakers this month

Erick Armingol Wellcome Sanger Institute
Deciphering Multicellular Organization in Ectopic Pregnancy through Spatial Transcriptomics

Ioannis Sarropoulos University of Cambridge
Decoding Cell Type-Specific Gene Regulation in the Human Thymus
