AI in Local Government Fair – Connect your research with real-world council challenges
Closing date

ai@cam is hosting the first-ever Cambridge AI in Local Government Fair on Monday 24 November, 12:00-16:00. This isn't a traditional conference – it's a "reverse poster session" where council staff from Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and Greater Manchester will present real public service challenges they're facing, and you'll have the chance to explore how your research could help address them.

Promising collaborations identified at the fair will be eligible to apply for research grants to support proof-of-concept development through ai@cam’s AI for Local Government Accelerator programme. The event is an opportunity to:
•    Connect your AI research directly with pressing public sector needs
•    Explore challenges spanning social care, planning, transport, and other council services
•    Identify potential collaborations with practitioners who understand the real-world context
