Setting up a cross-departmental interest group (workshop)
Closing date

Connecting with people in different University departments is often challenging but can have a large impact on research success. Particularly when a field of research develops quickly, sharing knowledge and experience is key to a successful adoption of a new method.
This workshop aims to bring together people keen to connect across departments to others with similar interests to theirs to share knowledge and experience. Also, anyone willing to share their experience of setting up an interest group is encouraged to attend.
The workshop will explore ways to make interdepartmental connections, and find people with similar interests, drawing on the experience gained from setting up a Protein Structure Prediction interest group.
Please contact Henriette Willems, hmgw100@cam.ac.uk, if you are interested in attending
