Research interests

I am a Senior Research Associate at the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge. I lead the Networking for Development (N4D Lab). The research group conducts research on novel Internet architectures for improving and reducing the cost of Internet access. I Chair the IRTF Global Access to the Internet for All (GAIA) research group and a member of the Internet Research Steering Group (IRSG). I am interested in exploring the role of big data in emerging economies.

The Cambridge Centre for Data-Driven Discovery (C2D3) brings together researchers and expertise from across the academic departments and industry to drive research into the analysis, understanding and use of data science. C2D3 is an Interdisciplinary Research Centre at the University of Cambridge.
